It's springtime, and spring means flowers! As the resident florist, this is the busiest time of year for your budding business. Manage your small garden plot by battling overgrown weeds, harvesting new blooms, and fulfilling community orders.

A tiny game we planted for Spring 2D Jam '25. The theme was 'overgrown'. We really liked the idea of a garden-themed real-time tetromino game, hence the name Floramino! Our game won 1st place overall -- thank you to everyone who played and rated!

I can't wait to check out this unique garden-themed puzzle game! It looks like a great way to spend some time this Spring.

You look like the type of person who'd enjoy this jam: WOW JAM

They have a very interesting platform and are even offering prizes xD

This is so addictive! I played it a bunch of times. Everything about this is neat, the concept, the gameplay balance, the colours and art, the sounds. Though the music is a bit more busy than it should be imo, but I'm sure you've got that feedback already.

I fine-tuned my flower arrangement (image attached) over a few runs to get a high score of 36. I wonder if someone could optimise it further...

omg, thank you so much!! i'm so happy you had fun playing! thanks for the feedback on the music too, i'm definitely planning on replacing it in a future update -- hopefully composing something on my own if i can!

and nice high score! i think it's very hard to get any higher than that because of the order generation rate. i saw someone get 38, i but i think you have to get very lucky with the last few flowers being ones that grow quickly, hehe. you definitely seem to have found the right strat though! we're planning on adding an endless mode in the future too, so there won't be as much of a limit on scores. :D

This is such a sweet, charming, and well-thought-out game. The background art and music add a very nice ambiance to the game. I was excited to see the little swooshing from the wind, the mushies, and the froggy!

With each run, I am learning how to improve my use of the available mechanics. Even though there are always new orders, I do not feel overly pressured by the time and can enjoy the magic of just bringing flowers to life. Filling your garden again and again has that satisfaction of getting through a sheet of bubble wrap >_< It is fun to think of new strategies.

A lot of made to order games can feel scary because you have to make money or customers get mad at you. I am glad this game doesn't focus on those sorts of things. The time and shape limit are enough for you to have some motivation for trying your best without feeling guilty for sometimes getting distracted along the way. There will always be next spring ;)

eep, thanks for the thought out review pix!! yes, froggy my beloved. i'm happy it wasn't too stressful for you & that the customer orders were not too pushy. i also find it really satisfying to play, praying out here for an endless mode heh
